The Job Opportunities Task Force is a network of workforce development providers, human service organizations, advocacy groups, and funders in the Baltimore region. The JOTF began in 1996 out of concerns about unemployment, skills, wages and poverty in the region.The JOTF develops and advocates policies and programs, forges partnerships, and leverages investments that increase the marketable skills, income, and economic opportunities of low-skill, low-income workers and job seekers |
